Capacity on paper isn’t the whole story. Eight private rooms move a crowd differently than a shared trailer, because guests aren’t waiting on a single bottleneck. We dropped one of these at a Summerlin reception last fall and the planner came back with a line we still quote: “Nobody complained about the bathroom, which means it worked.” That’s the bar. With a 400-gallon fresh tank and a 1,000-gallon waste tank, the unit runs long events without a mid-party service call, and the dual AC units keep all eight rooms comfortable even when it’s pushing triple digits outside.

A Large Footprint, Planned for Properly

This is a big trailer, 35 feet with the tongue and around 12,800 pounds dry, so placement matters. It needs two dedicated 120-volt 20-amp circuits within 100 feet and enough room to set the self-leveling stairs and platforms. But when the site can take it, nothing else delivers eight private restrooms in one drop. The interior carries the same gel-coated fiberglass walls, oversized framed mirrors, stainless sinks, and LED lighting as the rest of our luxury fleet.
